(The Physics Department of Columbia University secured the rooms for the conference with payment. Therefore the payment must be made to the conference organizers.) The first 10 requests will be answered with directions on the payment precedures. Please only consider this option if you will stay for the entire length of June 20-27. Please note that your credit card will be charged by the organizers upon reservation. Landmark does not accept cancellations. Therefore, we cannot guarantee to refund your payment if you cancel your reservation, however, we would work with you to find another conference attendee who could cover your expenses as your replacement. The 10% reservation fee is not recoverable for the organizers and we would not be able to return that even if we have a replacement for you.
NOTE: Despite the complications, the Seminary is probably the best value/accommodation option we have close to Columbia.
